Strongest Love Stolen by a Zephyr

When I saw your face, the story changed.

The fierce moon threw itself into the arms of the resplendent owner of the light;

with gallantry, the silent planets, envious became.

And so, with the same intensity, I threw myself at you.

The southern axis changed the world,

the imaginary equator became visible.

My eyes stared at your silhouette

and the universe was overshadowed by my love.

The frequent polar blast provided me warmth,

so fast when my sigh froze the savanna,

I wondered if love was in the tundra.

To each smile belonged my being,

to each tear my laugh belonged.

At each momentum a collision was an impulse,

at each word a quaint speech won its voice.

To each calvary belonged my lament,

to each respite my relief belonged.

But, was it all?

And was it love?

A surreptitious glance was meant to alienate love,

the strongest love ever seen.

What cured an absent-minded dreamer at the grove?

An everlasting kiss sealed a gap,

already built once upon a time.

In harrowing I wondered…

Was it love?

Trying to calm the brutish wind, I turned my body

but I lost you in an impulse as I hastened.

I went back to look for you in the perennial,

but you left me alone, as you took my quietude away.

So, rapidly, I wondered if the shadow of the cloud was your escape

or if the jealous zephyr stole you in its arms.

But then, I thought you were an illusion of me wanting to love,

howbeit,

I saw your body almost inert crawling in the throbbing ground,

as I heard the word love, sprouted from your lips.

Yet, you let me lose myself in solitude forever once again.

To each pain belonged my soul,

to each despair my love belonged.

Was it love?

Perhaps,

the strongest love ever in sight.
